Requires the Slate Creek Addition-Eagles Nest Wilderness in Summit County, Colorado, if such parcel is conveyed to the United States on or before December 31, 2000, to be included in, and managed as part of, the Eagles Nest Wilderness. Adjusts the boundaries of such Wilderness, upon the conveyance, to reflect the inclusion of the parcel.
