Bear Protection Act of 1998 - Prohibits a person from: (1) importing bear viscera (or any product derived from bear viscera), or exporting it from, the United States; or (2) selling bear viscera (or any product derived from bear viscera), bartering, offering it for sale or barter, purchasing, possessing, transporting, delivering, or receiving it in foreign commerce.
