Bill Summary
Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act, as amended by the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Benefits Improvement and Protection Act of 2000, to increase from 85 percent to100 percent of the locality adjusted national average per resident amount the payment floor for direct graduate medical education payments under the Medicare program.
