Bill Summary
Bomb Threat Responsibility Act of 2001 - Amends the Federal criminal code to establish minimum penalties for initial and subsequent offenses of using an instrumentality of interstate or foreign commerce to threaten, or to maliciously convey false information concerning an attempt, to kill, injure, or intimidate any individual or unlawfully to damage or destroy property by means of fire or an explosive.
