Contact Lens Prescription Release Act of 2002 - Instructs the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to promulgate a rule on ophthalmic practice that requires a contact lens prescriber to provide the patient (or, upon request, the patient's agent) a copy of the contact lens prescription.
