Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team Act of 2002 - Directs the Secretary of Defense to ensure that at least one Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team is established in each State by September 30, 2003, to provide support for emergency preparedness programs to respond to any emergency involving the use of a weapon of mass destruction.
