Bill Summary
Revises the boundary of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore to include specified land when title to such land has vested in the United States. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire such land only by purchase from a willing seller. Instructs the Secretary to include a request for funds necessary for such land acquisition in the National Park Service budget submission for FY 2004.
