Congressional Oversight Protection Act of 2002 - Allows any Federal employee aggrieved by the discrimination of an employer in violation of such employee's right to petition or furnish information to Congress to bring an action at law or equity for de novo review in the appropriate U.S. district court, without regard to the amount in controversy.Entitles any employee prevailing in such an action to all relief necessary to make such employee...
