Teacher Recruitment, Development, and Retention Act of 2001 - Amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to authorize the Secretary of Education to make grants for: (1) State teacher recruitment centers, to State educational agencies (SEAs); (2) teacher internship programs, to SEAs and local educational agencies; and (3) mobile professional development teams, to SEAs.
