Bill Summary

Keep America Secure Act - Prohibits the Secretaries of Defense and Homeland Security from purchasing any equipment that contains electronic components that are not manufactured in the United States. Allows the Secretary concerned to waive this prohibition where its application would be inconsistent with the public interest or would result in unreasonable costs to the Department of Defense or Homeland Security.
