Bill Summary
Missing Child Cold Case Review Act of 2004 - Amends the Crime Control Act of 1990 to permit an Inspector General (IG) to authorize staff to assist the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children by conducting reviews of inactive case files to develop recommendations for further investigations and by engaging in similar activities, as long as such activities will not interfere with the IG's duties.
