Bill Summary
Prescription Privacy Protection Act of 2006 - Amends title XI of the Social Security Act to prohibit a drug manufacturer from, directly or indirectly, using prescriber identifiable health information for commercial purposes. Establishes a penalty for violation of such prohibition.
