Hunger-Free Communities Act of 2006 - Title I: National Commitment to End Hunger - (Sec. 101) Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct a study of major matters relating to the problem of hunger in the United States. Includes in such study: (1) data on hunger and food insecurity; and (2) federal, state, and local measures to achieve domestic hunger goals and hunger-free communities goals.
