Bill Summary
State Criminal Alien Assistance Program Reauthorization Act of 2005 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize specified appropriations through FY2011 for the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP). Permits SCAAP funds distributed to States or political subdivisions to be used only for correctional purposes.
