Increases: (1) the biweekly government contribution for health benefits for an employee or annuitant enrolled in the federal employees health benefits program from 72% to 80% of the weighted average of subscription charges; and (2) the limit on the government contribution for an employee or annuitant from 75% to 83% of the subscription charge.
