Native American Home Ownership Opportunity Act of 2007 - Amends the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 to extend through FY2012: (1) the authorization of appropriations to the Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Fund for loan guarantees for Native American housing; and (2) the limitation on the outstanding aggregate principal amount of such loans.
