Restore Patriotism to University Campuses Act - Forbids the provision of certain federal funds by grant or contract to Columbia University of New York City or any subelement of such school because it allowed Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to speak on its campus. Exempts student financial aid funds from such prohibition.
