Bill Summary
Extends for one year extensions of: (1) crop programs and authorizations of appropriations under the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002; and (2) direct spending programs as defined under the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 or other authority under the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002. Exempts peanut storage costs from such extension.
