Violent Crime Reduction Act of 2007 - Amends the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 to: (1) authorize the Attorney General to designate certain areas in states with a high level of gang crime activity as high-intensity interstate gang activity areas and provide assistance to such areas; (2) provide for community-based justice grants to state and local prosecutors to hire additional prosecutors to process more violent crime...
