Medicare Prescription Drug Price Negotiation Act of 2007 - Expresses the sense of Congress that Congress should enact, and the President should sign, legislation to amend part D (Voluntary Prescription Drug Benefit Program) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to provide for fair prescription drug prices for Medicare beneficiaries.
