Bill Summary
White Spaces Act of 2007 - Directs the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to complete its proceeding and issue a final order in the Matter of Unlicensed Operation in the TV Broadcast Bands, ET Docket No. 04-186 (concerning vacant, or "white space," spectrum between television channels) not later than 90 days after enactment of this Act or October 1, 2007.
