Disapproves of U.S. participation in the provision by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) of a multibillion dollar funding package to the European Union (EU) until each EU member state demonstrates compliance with EU economic requirements, including limiting member state deficit to 3% of its gross domestic product and limiting total public debt to 60% of its gross domestic product.
