Better Screening Test for Women Act - Amends the Public Health Service Act to authorize appropriations for FY2010-FY2014 for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to conduct and support: (1) clinical research and related activities concerning early detection and screening for breast cancer; and (2) research and data collection regarding the link between early detection of breast cancer and reduction of mortality rates.
