Retirement Savings Transparency Act of 2009 - Amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) to require, for calendar quarters beginning on or after January 1, 2010, pension benefit statements of individual account plans which permit a participant or beneficiary to direct the investment of plan assets to include appropriate and consistent points of comparison (including differences between classes and types of investments)...
