CPI for Seniors Act of 2010 - Directs the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) of the Department of Labor to prepare and publish a monthly index, to be known as the Consumer Price Index for Seniors (CPI-S), that indicates monthly changes in expenditures for consumption that are typical for individuals in the United States who are 62 years of age or older.
