Bill Summary
DNA Felony Collection Act of 2009 - Directs the Attorney General to require states to: (1) collect a DNA sample from each individual convicted of a felony under the laws of such states; and (2) include DNA analysis results from such samples in a federal or state index of DNA analysis records.
