National Commission on Children and Disasters Reauthorization Act of 2010 - Amends the Kids in Disasters Well-being, Safety, and Health Act of 2007 to authorize appropriations for the National Commission on Children and Disasters through FY2012. Requires any vacancy in the Commission to be filled within 90 days after the date of the vacancy.
