Ronald Reagan Commemorative Coin Act of 2011 - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue $5 gold coins and $1 silver coins in commemoration Ronald Wilson Reagan, the 40th President of the United States. Authorizes the issuance of such coins beginning on January 1, 2017, except that sales of such coins may be initiated, without issuance, before such date. Prohibits the minting of such coins after December 31, 2017. Requires all...
