Catching Up To 1968 Act of 2012 - Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to increase to $10.00 an hour (adjusted annually based on increases in the Consumer Price Index) the federal minimum wage for employees. Increases to $5.50 an hour (adjusted annually as necessary) the federal minimum wage for tipped employees. Directs the Secretary of Labor, 60 days before any increase in the minimum wage, to publish the increase in the Federal...
