Bill Summary
Facilitating Access of Services and Trade Act of 2012 or FAST Act of 2012 - Authorizes the Commissioner of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), upon request of any person, to enter into reimbursable fee agreements with that person to defray CBP costs for providing customs and immigration services for a 10-year period.
