Vietnam Veterans Donor Acknowledgment Act of 2012 - Instructs the Secretary of the Interior to acknowledge a donor contribution to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Visitor Center inside such Center in the form of a permanent statement or credit line that expresses appreciation for such contribution, if: (1) the donor or the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, Inc. provides the Secretary with an acceptable plan describing the statement or credit line...
