Bill Summary
Terminates the Islamic Republic of Pakistan's designation as a major non-NATO ally. Prohibits the President from issuing a separate designation of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as a major non-NATO ally. Directs the President to submit an annual report to Congress containing a list of each country designated as a major non-NATO ally and a justification as to why each such country should continue to be so designated.
