The House Committee on Rules reported an original measure, H. Rept. 112-34, by Mr. Sessions.
With respect to each measure, the resolution provides that the amendment in the nature of a substitute recommended by the Committee on Financial Services now printed in the bill shall be considered as an original bill for the purpose of amendment and shall be considered as read. The resolution makes in order only those amendments to the committee amendment printed in Parts A and B of this report. Each such amendment may be offered only in the order printed in Parts A and B of this report (except that amendment number 9 and amendment number 10 in Part B may be offered only en bloc). The resolution waives all points of order against the amendments printed in Parts A and B of this report.
