H.RES.425: Providing for consideration of the Senate amendment to the bill (H.R. 2832) to extend the Generalized System of Preferences, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 3078) to implement the United States-Colombia Trade Promotio

The House Committee on Rules reported an original measure, H. Rept. 112-240, by Mr. Dreier.

The bills shall be considered as read and debatable for the time specfied in the report. Pursuant to section 151 of the Trade Act of 1974, the previous question shall be considered as ordered on H.R. 3079 and H.R. 3080 to final passage without intervening motion. The resolution provides one motion to recommit for H.R. 3078. The resolution makes in order a motion that the House concur in the Senate amendment to H.R. 2832. The Senate amendment shall be considered as read. The resolution provides for one hour of debate on the motion to concur.
