The House Committee on Rules reported an original measure, H. Rept. 112-741, by Mr. Dreier.

The resolution makes in order a motion offered by the chair of the Committee on Ways and Means or his designee that the House concur in the Senate amendments to H.R. 8. The resolution waives all points of order against consideration of the motion and the Senate amendments and provides that they shall be considered as read.
