Alaska Safe Families and Villages Act of 2011 - Directs the Office of Justice Programs of the Department of Justice (DOJ) to select up to nine Indian tribes in Alaska to participate in an Alaska Safe Families and Villages Demonstration Project. Requires each Indian tribe that is selected to participate in the Project to complete a specified planning phase.
