Extends through FY2018 the authorization of appropriations to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for: (1) payment of a monthly assistance allowance to disabled veterans training or competing for the U.S. Paralympic Team, and (2) assistance to the United States Paralympics, Inc., to plan, develop, manage, and implement a sports program for disabled veterans and disabled members of the Armed Forces.
