Bill Summary
Allows services for which a homeless veteran receives a grant under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) comprehensive service programs to include furnishing care for a dependent. Requires at least 15% of the total amount of grants awarded under the programs to be expended for a grant program for homeless veterans with special needs. Extends the special needs program permanently (under current law, terminates at the end of FY2013).
