Bill Summary
Samish Indian Nation Homelands Act of 2013 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to take into trust for the benefit of the Samish Indian Nation specified parcels of land owned by the Tribe in Skagit County and San Juan County, Washington, once the Tribe conveys that land to the Secretary and requests that it be taken into trust for the Tribe. Prohibits the Tribe from conducting gaming on such land.
