Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to exempt certain perishable agricultural commodities (fresh fruits and vegetables, including cherries in brine, whether or not frozen or packed in ice) from the prohibition against the transporting or selling of any goods produced by an employee who was employed in violation of minimum wage or maximum hours requirements, or specified related orders of the Secretary of Labor.
