Dairy Freedom Act - Amends the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 to direct the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) to establish a dairy producer margin insurance program to protect dairy producer income by paying participating dairy producers margin insurance payments when actual dairy producer margins are less than such payments' threshold levels. Makes the program available to all U.S. dairy producers. Sets forth program provisions....
