Bill Summary

Creating Crop Insurance Certainty for Farmers Act - Amends the Federal Crop Insurance Act to direct the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) to provide specified advanced public notice and a period for public comment before any modification to the terms or conditions of a crop insurance policy or plan may be made. Authorizes the Secretary to waive such provision in an emergency situation.
