Bill Summary
Transparent Rules Allow Direct Exporting for Small Businesses and Jobs Act or TRADE for Small Businesses and Jobs Act - Directs the Secretary of Commerce to collect information on changes in foreign tariff and non-tariff laws, regulations, and practices affecting exports of U.S. goods and services other than U.S. agricultural commodities. Requires the Secretary to make such information available to U.S. exporters on the Export.gov website.
