No Special Treatment for Congress Act - Amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to prohibit the expenditure of federal funds to pay any portion of the premium for a health plan purchased by a Member of Congress or congressional staff through an American Health Benefit Exchange established by such Act. Revises for purposes of the Act the definitions of: (1) "Member of Congress" to include a Delegate or Resident Commissioner; and...
