The instructions contained in the motion seek to require the bill to be reported back to the House with an amendment to add language to the bill prohibiting authorization of any party to violate the medical privacy of any woman with respect to her choice of or use of comprehensive health insurance coverage. The reservation of a point of order was subsequently withdrawn.
