Amends the federal criminal code to provide for a fine, up to six months' imprisonment, or both, for: (1) knowingly transferring for money or property a ticket to a presidential inaugural ceremony (a public inaugural ceremony at which the President elect or Vice President elect take the oath or affirmation of office), except for a transfer that occurs after the date on which the ceremony for which the ticket was issued takes place; (2)...
