Stop Selling and Marketing to Our Kids E-Cigarettes Act or the SMOKE Act Amends the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to define "electronic nicotine delivery system" (e-cigarette) and "e-liquid" (solution used in an e-cigarette).
