Bill Summary
(This measure has not been amended since it was passed by the House on June 23, 2015. The summary of that version is repeated here.) (Sec. 1) This bill amends the United States Cotton Futures Act to exclude cotton future contracts involving cotton that is grown outside of the United States and tendered for delivery from coverage under the Act, including the requirement that the cotton be classified by the Department of Agriculture.
