Employ Young Americans Now Act Establishes in the Treasury the Employ Young Americans Fund, with an initial appropriation of $5.5 billion for FY2016. Requires the Department of Labor to make certain Fund allocations to each state with an approved workforce investment system plan modification, other specified requests for funds, and Native American program grantees to provide summer and year-round employment opportunities to low-income youth....
