Small Agriculture Producer Size Standards Improvements Act of 2015 (Sec. 2) This bill amends the Small Business Act to specify that the agricultural enterprises it covers are small business concerns. (Sec. 3) The Act shall cover any small farm regardless of whether its annual receipts, including those of any affiliates, exceed $750,000....
